Unless otherwise agreed, our products are supplied on the following terms.

Ordering
You can send your order online any time of the day or night using the shopping cart. However, if you prefer, you can phone your order through on 07 825 4797 or contact us via email angela@hoofcare.co.nz , or through our Contact Us Page.

All goods must be fully paid for before dispatch - NO exceptions, sorry

All transactions will be carried out in New Zealand dollars.

Payment
We accept Credit card payment via Paypal - Paypal does not require account login, it is simply a secure means to accept credit card payments. You can pay on The Saddle bag website knowing your transaction is secure and safe through PayPal!

Price
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to vary our prices from time to time.

Delivery and Freight Charges

Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

We New Zealand Post for standard shipping to deliver your order. We have a flat rate of $4.00 up to 1.5kg. so you can purchase with confidence.

Freight costs quoted for delivery within New Zealand are automatically added to your online order at the checkout.

Please note that it is your responsibility to inform us if the delivery of your ordered goods should be late, damaged or incorrect. Our contact details are found on the Contact Us Page.

Back Orders

We endeavour to keep our online shopping site as up to date as possible, however, sometimes we cannot accurately forecast customer demand. In the event that you order a product that is not in stock, we will notify you by phone or email. With regards to payment, if you are paying by credit card, your payment will be refunded promptly if you cancel your backorder.

Refunds or Credit Notes
Refunds or Credit Notes may be given for returns of unused items in original condition returned within 30 days of purchase. Unwanted goods must be in a re-saleable condition. You must contact us if you wish to return a product. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.

**We will require proof of the purchase date so keep your order number (in email).** ***All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer**

We have used our best efforts to ensure that the products recommended and stocked by us are fit for their intended use, however, we do rely on the manufacturer's accurate information for us to assess their product. The customer is responsible for determining whether a particular product is fit for use in their circumstances.



RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
